Refund policy
All of our cheeses and cut by hand for delivery and we are unable to accept returns once the product has been dispatched. On all orders, we ask that customers provide contact details for courier tracking and are available to accept the delivery within the 1 hour window provided by the courier. We also ask that an alternative delivery option are provided and the order cannot be completed without this. If customers are not home, the courier will attempt to deliver the parcel the following day. Unfortunately we are unable to control how the parcel is stored at the couriers depot.
Subscriptions can be cancelled by customers at any time after their first order by logging into their account. Customers can also pause and skip monthly subscriptions without any charge. If you would like assistance with holding a subscription that is due to be dispatched please allow 7 working days notice.
Customers can request a refund on orders that have not been dispatched or for gift cards within 14 days of the purchase but a transaction fee of 6% may be charged.
