King Stone Dairy is a quality-driven, farmhouse cheesemaker on Manor Farm Chedworth, 800ft above sea level on the Gloucestershire Cotswolds. 

They produce a small range of cheeses by hand, in small batches, using milk produced on site by the farm's herd of British Friesan and Dairy Shorthorn cows. 

Moreton was born out of lockdown and is a rustic, Tomme-style cheese. It is ripened slowly over 3-5 months, developing a mottled, natural rind. The flavours are warm and milky, cut through with a bright, lactic acidity. The texture is dense and fudgy, yet supple and creamy.
